Job Summary:
The role of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is fundamental to the reputation of the business. At Prime Facial Plastic Surgery, we pride ourselves on customer service – creating a “wow” experience for the patient that is first class and second to none. The LPN has tremendous influence over this process, as they play a first hand role in direct patient care, ensuring that patients are comfortable and cared for during their treatments. It is of utmost importance to keep the environment a positive and comfortable space for all who enter, always putting the patient first.
We are seeking a LPN to support the daily operations of our premier plastic surgery office. The candidate will be responsible for direct and indirect patient care. This position offers the unique opportunity to learn facial anatomy under Dr. Sitapara, assist during operative procedures in our surgical suites, and learn skills such as skin care services (microneedling, chemical peels, etc). Training in hair transplantation will also be provided and participation in graft dissection is expected. This position is ideal for those seeking growth and experience in the field of cosmetic surgery and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
Duties:
- Clinical Support and Patient Care: Assisting physician with non-surgical procedures, scrubbing into surgery as a primary/secondary assist for surgical procedures, performing patient photography/videography, handling basic wound care (including suture removal and blood draws), providing patient education, pre-op/PACU care, hair follicle dissection (training provided). Depending on candidate's interests, training in skin care services may also be provided.
- Procedure Preparation and Room Maintenance: Scrubbing into surgery, organizing patient flow, setting up instruments/equipment, sterilizing instruments (autoclave), maintaining cleanliness/sanitation of treatment rooms, managing supplies, preparing surgery suites, and restocking rooms post-procedure.
- Administrative and Communication Tasks: Clerical duties, social media creation, bilingual communication (Spanish preferred), following HIPAA policies, and assisting with front desk or operating room communication.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
