Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install plumbing systems according to project plans.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, fittings, and appliances using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks to ensure secure and durable plumbing connections.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems on construction sites to identify issues and ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC teams to coordinate installation efforts on complex projects.
• Use basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, flow rates, and material quantities needed for each project.
• Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to OSHA guidelines; handle construction site equipment responsibly.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued license as a Plumber with relevant certifications.
• Proven experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of construction plumbing practices.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing systems.
• Mechanical knowledge of pipe threading, welding techniques, HVAC systems, and schematic interpretation.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and safety protocols on construction sites.
• Ability to perform remodeling or handyman tasks as needed; experience with assembly or carpentry is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with basic math aptitude for precise measurements and calculations. Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
