Key duties:

• Assess clients' financial situations, family needs, and goals to recommend suitable life insurance plans
• Simplify complex terms and conditions to help clients understand policies
• Guide clients through application, documentation, and payments smoothly
• Provide ongoing support with claims, renewals, and policy adjustments
• Generate and convert leads to sales, ensuring customer retention and policy persistency
• Educate clients about insurance benefits, compliance, and market changes
