Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrator ideally from a financial services background to work within our Operations team. The role will deal with all aspects of managing new business applications for life, protection, pensions, savings & investment policies from initial application to policy issue. You will provide support to our team of Financial Advisors and work closely with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong administration/operational background with excellent attention to detail & communication skills as well as a passion for delivering amazing customer service.

The Role:

  • Process new business applications for Protection, Pension, Savings & Investments products across multiple providers such as Aviva, New Ireland, Royal London & Zurich.
  • Pipeline management using our workflow system to manage cases to policy issue.
  • Work closely with Financial advisors in relation to progressing applications.
  • Communicate with clients by phone / email to request information and provide updates on the progress of their application.
  • Generate & issue client correspondence such as policy documentation.
  • Fully comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.

The Person

  • Background in Financial Services (Banking or Life Insurance)
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator and ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Ideally fully QFA qualified or at a minimum partly QFA qualified
  • Demonstrated problem solver, ability to deal with client issues/problems in a polite and professional manner
  • Professional and client-oriented approach
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €30,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
