Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Leisure Centre Lifeguard to join our team. As a key member of our leisure team, you will ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all users. This is a customer-facing role, requiring professionalism, energy, and a strong focus on health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests and members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Supervise pool and leisure areas to ensure safety and adherence to facility rules.
• Carry out regular safety checks and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
• Provide accurate information about services, facilities, and programs.
• Assist with front desk duties, including handling payments and member enquiries.
• Support your teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Valid Pool Lifeguard Certification and First Aid qualification (essential).
• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
