Churchill Residential is looking for an energetic Lifestyles Coordinator/Leasing Associate for its Evergreen Plano, a 250 unit Senior Living Community. Responsible for providing outrageous customer service by coordinating, scheduling, and administrating resident activities. Will serve as the property's leasing representative, greeting prospects, professionally present the features and benefits of the community, and secure lease agreements from qualified persons. Recruits and trains volunteers.

Prepares a monthly newsletter and activity calendar. Must have a current Texas driver's license. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good relations with service staff and residents.

An aptitude for basic office procedures and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Must portray a clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance.
