Lift Modernization Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain technical manuals and standards for renovation work.
• Plan and coordinate renovation schedules with supervisors.
• Ensure all renovation activities are completed on time as planned.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor ongoing renovation work.
• Provide technical support for renovation projects by understanding the equipment.
• Prepare and process purchase requests for materials and subcontractor services.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to align work schedules.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 and 14001 standards in all renovation processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh Graduates are Welcome to Apply.
• Minimum Diploma in any Technical Field.
• Interested to work in lifts / Elevators industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $1,557.84 - $3,100.00 per month
