Lighting Quotations Specialist

This position will be responsible for quoting multiple projects simultaneously and overseeing all aspects of the quote process prior to projects being awarded. The life of these projects can be as quick as same day, but can rebid multiple times. Jobs can range in size from a few dollars to multi-millions at times. Some of the responsibilities in this role include accurately quoting projects, managing all costs associated with the quote, assisting clients with technical questions, quoting rebid changes, finding alternative lighting options, and devising creative solutions on a regular basis. In this role, you will build and maintain long-term relationships with our clients, manufacturers, and coworkers. You will contribute to a positive team environment. This position works closely with other team members in the quotations group on a regular basis, along with all other departments in the company. At the same time, you would take ownership of all assigned quotes and quote duties, having the ability to work independently throughout the day. This position is office-based only. Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, and be familiar with reviewing PDF documents. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A successful candidate would be reliable and someone who enjoys working in an environment where two similar situations are rarely handled the same way, and is also able to adapt to constant change. We are seeking an individual with a customer service-driven mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities, who can thrive in a high-stress yet highly rewarding environment. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person.

Our office is located in Salt Lake City and is known for its dynamic atmosphere.

Pay: $43,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
