• Developed content, training delivery schedules, and practical tracker for courses run at centers.
• Centre Management and Facilities Management Ensure availability and maintenance of all tools, equipment, and consumables in all centers as per guidelines. Ensure the timely creation of batches
• Ensure 80% attendance Ensure proper training documentation in centers as per training SDP
• Ensure proper internal and external assessment in all batches. Ensure placement of 100% of candidates by identifying local-level jobs.
• Mobilization of candidates for training programs through various kinds of sales and marketing activities.
• Action plan on reassessment. Ensure SOP compliance.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

+2, Diploma in Electronics ,Graduate- Science/Electrical/ Electronics/IT with 3-5 Year Experience of Industry
