This is a rare opportunity. The Bull and Barrel Pub, a local favourite for over 28 years, is looking for a skilled line cook to join our close-knit kitchen team. Known for our cooked-from-scratch dishes and friendly pub atmosphere, we're seeking someone passionate about food and ready to contribute to our high standards and quality. Are you an experienced cook who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment?
Position: Full-Time Line Cook
What We're Looking For:
- An experienced self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- A team player who takes pride in their work and embraces the pub culture.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prep and cook dishes from scratch, maintaining quality control throughout.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean work environment.
- Support our front-of-house team with beer cooler management when required.
