We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that each meal meets our standards of excellence while adhering to food safety regulations.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining high quality and presentation.
• Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and storage spaces.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal service.
