Must have:
- at least one year in restaurant industy
Responsibilities:
- Know how to organize cleaning staff to clean and sanitize work areas.
- Know how to properly operate all kitchen equipment.
- Know how to properly store all food items according to health standards.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work with a supervision staff and be attentive to their needs; Be able to take orders from kitchen managers, helping them restock items, keep equipment in functioning order, and clean up after an event; Be able to communicate with other employees and supervisors.
- Be able to communicate with co-workers about any problems or concerns about the event.
- Be productive during slow time.
- Multi-task and be ok with sharing dishwashing responsibilities.
Availabilities: Must be available Wed, Thurs, Fri and Saturday evening from 4pm - 9:30p.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

- Edmonton, AB T5H 3T8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Cooking: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
