We’re looking for a Live Chat Agent to manage online queries, guide participants, and provide real-time support through chat and social media. You’ll be the first point of contact for our audience — representing the voice and energy of Beast Drive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer and participant inquiries via live chat, website, and social media.
- Provide accurate event information, registration help, and brand details.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communication.
- Handle multiple conversations efficiently and ensure timely resolutions.
- Record chat interactions, feedback, and issues for follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for updates or escalations.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication and English typing skills.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of events, fitness, or marketing is a plus.
- Open to working flexible hours during event periods.
