Live-In Carer Required – Disabled Gentleman (60s)
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Live-In Carer to provide full-time support to a gentleman in his 60s with a physical disability.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is committed to helping an individual maintain independence, dignity, and a good quality of life within their own home.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Providing mobility support and assistance with transfers
- Preparing meals and assisting with light household duties
- Accompanying and supporting social and recreational activities
- Administering medication
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a caring or support role
- A patient, respectful, and positive approach
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work independently and use initiative
- Relevant care qualifications (desirable but not essential)
- A full driving licence
