About this role

As a Live Medical Scribe, you are expected to go live and scribe independently within 2-3 weeks.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with US Doctor to accurately document patient medical histories, physical examinations, procedures, and treatment plans in real-time.
• Ensure the electronic medical records (EMRs) are complete, up-to-date, and compliant with all regulatory standards.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when transcribing medical information.
• Ability to chart 40-50 charts per shift.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
• Availability on weekends.

Requirements

• APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE LIVE SCRIBING EXPERIENCE.
• OFFLINE/DAX/TRANSCRIPTION EXPERIENCE NOT COUNTED.
• Mandatory Experience: Recent experience as a live medical scribe. Cardiology experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle 40-50 charts per shift (Mandatory).
• Electronic Health Records (EHR) Proficiency: Familiarity with EHR systems is crucial, preferably ECW.
• Typing and Computer Skills: Efficient typing skills are essential for documenting patient encounters in real-time. Minimum of 50 WPM is mandatory.
• Attention to Detail: Scribes need to accurately capture patient information, medical histories, and treatment plans. Attention to detail is crucial to prevent errors.
• HIPAA Compliance: A strong understanding of patient confidentiality and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations is vital.
• Remote Work Setup: Since virtual medical scribes work remotely, they should have a mandatory power backup, reliable internet connection, a suitable workspace, and the necessary technology (computer, headset, webcam) for virtual interactions.
• Professionalism: Scribes should maintain a high level of professionalism and exhibit empathy and respect toward patients and healthcare providers.
• We are looking for someone who can be adaptable, has excellent communication skills, is self managed with good Time Management, has the required scribing knowledge to go live in 2-3 weeks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
