Building Superintendent

Duties:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of building operations and maintenance
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and contractors
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the building is in compliance with safety regulations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems
- Respond to tenant requests and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Manage building budgets and expenses
- Coordinate and schedule repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections

Requirements:

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with tenants
- Knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems
- Ability to fabricate basic repairs or modifications as needed
- Proven experience in building operations or facility management
- Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
