Are you tech-savvy, quick-handed, and love the fast-paced world of e-commerce? Join our team as a Live Streaming Assistant and be part of an exciting, growing industry!

What You’ll Do:

• Set up & check equipment before live streams for a smooth experience.
• Manage ads & promotions during live sessions to boost engagement.
• Keep track of product inventory to ensure accurate info during streams.
• Upload and ensure product listings are high-quality, SEO-optimized, and include compelling descriptions, and accurate specifications.
• Answer customer questions in real time via live chat.
• Organize flash sales, giveaways & interactive events to increase sales.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to keep the stream running smoothly.
• Help with packing orders when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Speaks Mandarin & English (for live chat with customers)
• Tech-savvy & quick with hands – able to handle multiple tasks
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms, e.g Shopee, TikTok, Lazada etc. (or willing to learn!)
• Available to work on weekends, night shifts
• No experience? No problem! On-the-job training provided
• Fresh Grads / Interns are welcome to apply!
• Able to start immediately

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
