Our onboard training is a white glove service. We walk you through an intensive onboarding training where we teach you a hyper linear skillset preparing you to take leads and turn them into appointments after your 1st day of orientation. The one on one coaching you will receive will quickly assist you in building your pipeline for consistent monthly closings.

Our Ask From You:
Full time effort and availability, representing sellers, buyers and investors transacting real estate. Update all systems CRM’s. Positive attitude with a never quit mindset and an entrepreneur drive.

We have in-house transaction coordinators and lenders to make sure you have all the tools to do your job! We provide the environment for you to keep closing deals while we handle the back end work. We have a generous agent referral bonus program when you refer other agents to our brokerage.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $168,714.00 per year
