What You Will Be Doing
The Lived Experience Data & Outcomes Project Worker role will provide expertise and support to the Lived Experience Leadership Team on a fixed term basis. This role will work on collecting and collating existing data relating to LE measures and outcomes - i.e. Consumer & Carer, Family/Kin feedback, YES & CES survey results, LEW reporting and service performance measures that relate to LE workforce and/or Consumer and Carer, Family/Kin experience.


This role will coordinate the collation and analysis of data, feedback and service experience/performance measures and support the LELT in identifying patterns, issues and areas of focus for improvements at both systemic and service delivery levels.


In collaboration with the LEW Manager and the LELT, this role will support the structuring and streamlining of LE-specific data collection, analysis and reporting and will develop processes to embed data collection and analysis in Lived Experience led initiatives around system and service improvement.


Position Description


What You Need
We anticipate you will have:

  • Must have and be willing to declare and work from a Lived Experience as a Consumer of Mental Health/AOD/Dual Diagnosis services, or as a Carer, Family/Kin or supporter of MH/AOD/DD services
  • Previous experience in a designated LE role – Senior Peer Worker, Advisor, Consultant OR in data, research or impact/outcomes monitoring roles in related fields
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MH/AOD consumer/carer movements and evolving positions feedback loops, LE-specific data/outcomes/impact measures, inclusion of LE perspectives in data collection, evaluation and research
  • Demonstrated ability to collate and summarise data and provide summary and analysis in a coherent and concise manner

  • Please refer to salary circular for for salary range VICTORIAN PUBLIC MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021-2024. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
