About the Role:
Bindaree Food Group is on the lookout for a highly organised and motivated Livestock Program Coordinator to support our livestock operations with the ability to be located in Inverell NSW. This role is more than just admin – it’s about ensuring smooth operations, building relationships, and driving process improvements to support our supply chain.

Skills and Experiences:
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Coordinate livestock program operations – maintain accurate records, track livestock movements, and support key processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders – liaise with suppliers, producers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Own the details – process data, ensure compliance, and support administrative functions with precision.
  • Support key initiatives – assist with event coordination, marketing strategies, and process improvements.
  • Keep everything running smoothly – manage schedules, reports, and system updates to ensure efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong process orientation with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in agriculture or livestock industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with MS Office, including Excel and Outlook (preferred).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A proactive mindset – able to identify and suggest process improvements.
