We are looking for a passionate and nurturing LKG Homeroom Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong classroom management abilities, and a child-friendly teaching approach to create an engaging learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities for LKG students
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive classroom environment
• Manage classroom routines, discipline, and student participation
• Support the social, emotional, and academic development of children
• Maintain student progress records and communicate with parents regularly
• Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom activities
• Participate in school events, training sessions, and academic planning

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
• Passion for early childhood education and child development
• Creative, patient, and energetic personality
• Ability to engage and handle young children effectively

Qualification:

• Graduate / Postgraduate with relevant teaching qualification preferred

Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Pre-Primary or LKG Homeroom Teacher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
