QedON is recruiting an LMS Operations Specialist to support the administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of our digital learning platforms and learner environments. This role is central to ensuring high-quality learner experiences across multiple client projects and international training environments.
The successful candidate will work closely with the wider QedON team to manage Moodle Workplace environments, support learners and clients, maintain reporting accuracy, and contribute to the delivery of innovative digital learning solutions.
Success in this role means delivering reliable and professional LMS operations, supporting learners effectively, maintaining accurate records and reporting, and helping QedON scale its digital learning operations nationally and internationally. This role plays an important part in supporting QedON’s continued growth as an innovative EdTech company operating across Ireland, South Africa, and Australia.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Moodle Workplace and associated digital learning platforms across multiple client environments
- Configure and manage tenants, users, enrolments, permissions, learning pathways, reporting structures, and learner environments
- Upload, test, maintain, and troubleshoot online learning content and digital learning resources
- Support learner onboarding, platform access, course completion queries, and general LMS support requests
- Generate and maintain accurate learner records, certification tracking, completion reporting, and compliance documentation
- Support branding, learner experience configuration, and platform usability enhancements
- Assist with basic HTML/CSS customisation to improve digital learning interfaces and learner experience
- Work collaboratively with digital learning developers, project teams, and leadership to support client delivery and operational excellence
- Support the ongoing improvement of internal systems, workflows, and digital learning processes
- Use AI productivity tools and digital technologies to improve operational efficiency and workflow management
QualificationsExperience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Moodle Workplace
- Experience supporting client learning environments, including enrolments, permissions, pathways, reporting, and learner support
- Experience uploading, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting digital learning content and online learning environments
- Experience working within digital learning, education technology, training, or learner support environments
Skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
- Comfortable using AI tools and digital technologies to improve productivity and workflows
Desirable
- Experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise 360, Canva, Synthesia, or similar learning technologies
- Understanding of adult learning, curriculum structures, or educational design principles
- Experience using Microsoft 365 and digital workplace tools
- Interest in education technology, learner experience, and digital innovation
Pay: €38,000.00-€44,000.00 per year
