Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our winter snow removal team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating a loader. Either a 938 or 924. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a thriving property maintenance company. Duties
- Operate loaders, potentially other small machines for snow removal
- Safely maneuver front loader trucks across the site.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment before and after using
- Coordinate with site supervisors to prioritize loading tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries on-site.
- Perform minor maintenance checks on machinery or report issues promptly for repairs.
Requirements
- Proven 4+ years experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders
- Mechanical knowledge sufficient to perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation in a construction environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 44 per week
Work Location: In person
