About the Role:
D & G Hauling LLC is looking for a dependable, energetic Loader/Unloader to join our team and help keep our freight operations running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in loading, unloading, organizing, and preparing shipments for safe transport. What You’ll Do:

• Safely load and unload freight from trucks using manual and powered equipment.
• Sort, stack, and organize cargo according to delivery schedules.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage before dispatch.
• Secure loads to ensure safe transportation.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Assist drivers and warehouse staff with daily operational tasks.
• Follow company safety procedures and standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in loading/unloading or warehouse operations is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout your shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to efficiency.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $22.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
