Loadout Operator

Job Type: Full Time
Shift(s) Available: Night Shift (7pm to 7am), with Rotating Days: first week, works 2 days, then 3 days off. Second week works 3 days, then 2 days off, and repeat.
Compensation: $25.69/hr.

A Typical Work Dy May Include:
Operating equipment associated with the loadout and unloading process for bulk materials including trucks and/or rail cars, utilizing scales, pumps, conveyors, and mobile equipment
Creating scale tickets, collecting product samples, and supervising tank inventory, utilizing computer systems to input and record data as necessary
Inspecting buildings, grounds, and equipment utilized by the facility to perform light maintenance and repair work; determine immediate and long range needs for maintenance and repair work.
Solve issues independently with minimal guidance
Interacting regularly with peers, management, merchants, and customers to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment
Taking initiative in making decisions within your scope and escalating other issues to your supervisor or manager
Providing a high level of customer service
Understanding and adhering to all policies and procedures
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assigned

What You Will Need:
Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to independently problem solve and resolve issues within the scope of your role
Must be able to learn computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SAP
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above), via ladders and/or stairs
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with advance notice
Must have very good time management skills
Must be able to manage multiple processes simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and possess follow-up skills
Must have high attention to detail

What Will Put You Ahead:
Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and systems
Experience working in a production related work
