Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Lobby Attendant to join our team at our downtown hotel in Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the lobby area is clean, welcoming, and reflects our commitment to hospitality. Your contributions will enhance the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services.
• Monitor lobby supplies and report any maintenance issues.
• Ensure that all areas are well-presented and inviting for guests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles within the hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning and maintenance.
• Previous hotel or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
