About the Role:

We are hiring a part-time team member to support our centres through grassroots marketing, community outreach, and local partnership development.

This role focuses on generating leads from parents and building relationships with schools, daycares, and community organizations, including working toward securing partnership agreements that drive long-term enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit local schools, daycares, libraries, and community centres

- Promote programs directly to parents and families

- Identify and approach organizations for partnership opportunities

- Initiate and support signing partnership agreements/contracts with local organizations

- Build and maintain relationships with community partners

- Generate qualified leads (parent contact details and program interest)

- Encourage families to book student assessments

- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, and partnership activities

Compensation:

$17–$20/hour base + performance incentives

Final compensation structure will be customized based on experience and discussed during the interview.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Confident approaching both parents and organizations

- Ability to build relationships and close partnership opportunities

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Sales, outreach, or business development experience is an asset

Requirements:

- Must be available for part-time hours (10–20 hours/week)

- Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel between locations

- Availability for flexible hours (including some evenings/weekends)

- Legally eligible to work in Canada
