Logistics Administrator – Country Clean Recycling
Ballygown, Mallow, Co. Cork, Ireland | Full-time | Permanent

Country Clean Recycling, one of Ireland’s leading Waste collection providers, is seeking a highly organised logistics administrator to oversee fleet compliance, driver management, and operational coordination. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, knowledge of transport legislation, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet & Vehicle Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with RSA, Department of Transport and NTA regulations.
• Manage road tax, CVRT, PSV, tachograph calibrations, and vehicle licensing renewals.
• Handle accident/incident investigations, insurance reporting, and driver behaviour monitoring.
• Maintain driver files, issue updated manuals and policies, and oversee training & inductions.
• Monitor driver performance, walkaround checks, and compliance with safety standards
• Manage insurance renewals, fleet additions/removals, and claims
• Knowledge of fleet management, transport regulations, and operational compliance.
• Ability to manage compliance deadlines and lead a team effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask
• CPC in transport management, International Transport Licence is an advantage
• Excellent PC Skills: MS Office, Excel;
