Key Responsibilities:

• Driver Planning: Develop and execute optimized plans for individual non-CDL drivers to maximize efficiency and meet operational goals.

• Data Analysis: Analyze transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in route planning and driver productivity.

• Problem Solving: Tackle daily logistical challenges with creative and practical solutions to ensure smooth operations.

• Multitasking: Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members, and stakeholders to convey plans and resolve issues promptly.

• Initiative and Accountability: Act as a self-starter, demonstrating urgency, ownership, and personal accountability in achieving results.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven knowledge in logistics, transportation planning, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with logistics software and systems is a plus.
