Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a Logistics Development Engineer to Helsinki, Pitäjänmäki. Our logistics team is dynamic and innovative, always exploring new ways to enhance efficiency and deliver top-notch service to our clients. Logistics Development Engineer will be responsible for logistics information systems and tools development, as well as providing support in SAP. You will act as an SAP super user for Warehouse Management (WM) module, SAP Distribution Module and be part of SAP super users team, resolving SAP user challenges in your area of responsibility. We offer hybrid work model. The role requires presence in Helsinki approximately 50% of working time. You will be mainly accountable for: •Resolving SAP issues with the key user or end users, assisting several end users with problem-solving •Continuously improving and monitoring processes, and end user performance •Leading and owning logistics SAP improvement projects, communicating and defining needs to the implementation team including testing SAP processes •Continuous curiosity for process development •Testing User Acceptance and Post Implementation Review tickets •Introducing and educating end users on new functionalities

Qualifications for the role

• In-depth knowledge of SAP, ideally with expertise in the Warehouse Management module
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders daily
• Good project management and problem-solving skills
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree preferably from Engineering, Logistics, IS or another relevant field
• Proficient written and spoken communication skills in English and Finnish
