We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics and distribution operations for our FMCG business. This role will be responsible for logistics planning, transportation management, dispatch execution, freight optimization, and multi-channel distribution channels.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in plant logistics, transportation networks, vendor management, and process excellence, while helping build structured systems and scalable logistics capabilities in a rapidly growing organization. The position will work closely with the Founder’s Office, Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams to ensure operational efficiency, service excellence, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute logistics plans to ensure timely, cost-effective, and efficient product deliveries.
• Manage end-to-end dispatch operations across multiple locations and distribution points.
• Ensure complete visibility and control over vehicle movement, shipment tracking, and delivery performance.
• Drive logistics capacity planning aligned with production schedules and demand forecasts.
• Identify, onboard, and manage transport partners to support business requirements.
• Negotiate freight rates, transportation contracts, and service-level agreements.
• Monitor transportation costs and implement initiatives to improve freight efficiency.
• Ensure professional transport management practices and compliance standards.
• Manage logistics operations across: General Trade, Modern Trade, Canteen Stores Department, E-commerce and Emerging Channels
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Warehouse teams for effective vehicle planning and dispatch scheduling.
• Align logistics operations with business priorities and customer requirements.
• Provide regular operational updates, performance reviews, and improvement recommendations to the Founder’s Office.
• Process Excellence & Systems Development
• Design and implement SOPs, logistics workflows, and governance mechanisms.
• Transform traditionally managed logistics processes into a structured, technology-driven function.
• Track and improve key logistics KPIs, including:
• On-Time Delivery (OTD)
• Freight Cost per Unit
• Vehicle Utilization
• Transit Time Adherence
• Order Fulfillment Efficiency

Education Qualifications

• Graduate with 8–15 years of experience in Logistics, Distribution, or Supply Chain Operations, from FMCG industry only
• Experience handling plant dispatches and nationwide distribution networks.
• Working knowledge of SAP, TMS, WMS, ERP, or similar logistics platforms.
• Experience in driving logistics transformation, process standardization, and cost optimization initiatives.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
