Logistics & Warehouse Operations coordinator

Location: Correggio, Italy (Reggio Emilia)

Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to take the lead? We’re looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Operations coordinator who can ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate operations while driving excellence across the team.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to meet quality, safety, and financial targets.
• Achieve key objectives: goods receipt, picking, cycle counting, and administration.
• Collaborate with our UK team through regular meetings to set goals and align priorities.
• Act as the main point of contact for error resolution and customer escalations related to picking and shipping.
• Implement and report monthly KPIs for receiving, picking, and shipping accuracy.
• Work closely with brokerage, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely movement of goods from port to dock, including import/export documentation and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in warehouse coordination
• Knowledge of import/export processes and documentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage KPIs.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage oneself autonomously
• Fluent English is essential.
• High school diploma or university degree required.
