Ihre Aufgaben:

• Ausarbeitung maßgeschneiderter Transportlösungen, gemäß Kundenanforderung
• Auftragsabwicklung
• Erstellung erforderlicher Frachtpapiere
• Buchung von Frachtsendungen bei Fluggesellschaften
• Überwachen der Lieferung
• Abwickeln der Sendungen inklusive Übergabe an das Luftfrachtunternehmen

Anforderungen:

• Idealerweise 1–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder einer vergleichbaren Position.

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) / kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil; gerne auch Schulabgänger oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung

• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift).

• Kundenorientiertes Denken und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.

• Organisationstalent mit einem Blick fürs Detail.

• Zuverlässigkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Outlook) und Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen.

• Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität.Belastbar, flexibel und in der Lage, in einem dynamischen Umfeld Prioritäten zu setzen.

• Freude am Arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Jahresgehalt: 34,000-42,000 EUR plus Jahresbonus
