Lot Attendant Automotive

This position provides customer service to dealership guests by greeting customers as they arrive in the service lane, moving customer and dealership vehicles and keeping the lot and other dealership areas clean and organized while adhering to standards outlined by Bob Davidson Ford Lincoln.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet customer and project a positive friendly image
• Shuttle vehicles to specified destinations (sales & service customers & other dealers)
• Maintain clean and safe vehicle drop-off, delivery and shop areas and porter offices
• Run errands when directed
• Must be punctual in attendance
• Must be present during all business hours or as directed by management
• Maintain professional appearance at all times
• Aid service management team with merchandising and customers
• Maintain lot organization
• Make sure the lot is clean at all times
• Assist Customers and Service employees with vehicle pickup and drop offs

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience preferred
• Must be available for required business hours
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be a motivated team player, energetic and organized
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must be friendly and courteous
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have phone app skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
