Low-Code Developer - Part-Time/Student

We are looking for a Low-code Developer to join our team at our office in Østerbro, Copenhagen as a student worker!

As our Low-code Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows that streamline operations and enhance the functionality of our customer service solutions, used by over 250 webshops. You will work closely with the Business Developer and operations teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and ensure smooth daily operations.


Your tasks & responsibilities

Development and implementation

  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities for workflow automation.

  • Create ideas and strategies for efficient and structured automation workflows with the Business Developer.

  • Build and test automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.

  • Ensure that all solutions meet high-quality standards through thorough testing.


Maintenance

  • Monitor the performance of automation workflows and address issues as they arise.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to automation tools.

  • Keep automation solutions updated with the latest features and industry best practices.

  • Document all processes and workflows clearly and consistently.


What do we expect from our next colleague?

We are looking for someone passionate about problem-solving, enjoys learning new technologies, and has a curious and proactive mindset. Experience with automation, low-code/no-code platforms, or scripting is much preferred, and a background in E-commerce is a bonus.

Must-have skills:
Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or similar.
Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience in working with APIs and handling API payloads.
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

Nice-to-have skills:
Prior experience with automation, scripting, or process optimisation.
Prior experience in R-commerce or Customer Service.

Personal qualities:
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Collaborative and proactive mindset, with eagerness to take the initiative.
