- Lead the development and implementation of low-code solutions to automate and enhance business processes across the company
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements, collect requirements, and ensure solutions developed meet their needs and expectations
- Develop and maintain a project roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and optimal resource allocation
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop a strategic plan to address these using low-code platforms
- Manage and mentor a low code developer and other supporting team members, fostering an innovative and efficient team environment
- Oversee the management of low-code platforms, ensuring cost-efficient solutions that meet the company’s long-term goals
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in low/no-code technologies and industry trends to keep the team and solutions at the cutting edge
- Act as a champion for low-code tooling within the organization, leading efforts to expand its use to new areas of the organization
- Minimum of 3 years designing and developing low-code applications, preferably in the eCommerce or technical support domain.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing low-code solutions that have significantly improved business processes
- Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization
- Very strong knowledge or experience with SQL, Python, JavaScript, GIT and general Web 2.0 techniques
- Experience leading teams or mentoring junior developers using low-code solutions
- Experience with UX/UI design
- Experience provisioning, designing, constructing and maintaining cloud-based enterprise systems an asset
- Specific experience with ReTool preferred
