Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing physical examinations, and assisting with small office procedures.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist with the coordination of patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records using electronic health record systems
- Provide primary care services under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
-Addressing and managing patient related records and requests.
- Assist in pain management techniques and provide emotional support to patients.
Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in [state].
- Proficiency in performing physical examinations and providing primary care services.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including children and adults.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and medications.
- Ability to lift and move patients safely using proper body mechanics.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
