Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatric Private Duty
Weekends | Day Shift | OneonOne Care
Location: Greensburg, PA
Schedule: SaturdaySunday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a wonderful 14yearold male child. What You'll Do:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Provide Gtube care and feedings
- Monitor hyper/hypoglycemia
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
- Deliver exceptional, familycentered pediatric care
What You'll Need:
- Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
