We are currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse with Home Health experience to work in a prestigious Assisted Living Facility in Delray, Florida.

• Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Nursing
• FL LPN License
• At least 2 years’ experience
• Current CPR Card
• Home Health Experience g
• FL State CEU’s
• Physical exam within last year
• PPD within last year
• Valid Drivers' License

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care following established nursing service objectives and standards
• Ensures that the required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Ensures that all safety and infection control practices are followed
• Attends community related events
• Oversees medication management
• Responds to residents' concerns
• Communicates with residents and families regarding treatment care
