• Must be a Licensed Nurse in good standing within the State of Arkansas
• Minimum one year of successful nursing leadership experience in a long-term care facility or other geriatric healthcare facility is preferred but not required
• Must show ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner
• Must speak and understand English
• Care & concern for the geriatric population!
• Familiar with Point Click Care and/or Computer Skills

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all team members are adhering to the facilities dedication of promoting the best plan of care for all residents.
• Maintain the flow of the hall in a respectful, professional manner for both the team members and the residents.
• Have complete and accurate charting.
• Must assist with direct patient care.
• Attend all meetings set forth by the Director of Nursing, Administrator and/or Nurse Consultant.
• Demonstrate a professional demeanor with doctors, clinics and other professionals.
