Lumber Stacker

Day Shift Position

Summary: Physically sort and stack lumber off lumber from the belt and place on pallet to prescribed height. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

1. Excellent attendance

2. Excellent hand/eye coordination

3. Continuous physical demand in handling lumber using both hands

4. Ability to recognize poor quality wood and discard appropriately

5. Ability to read a tape measure.

6. Able to work independently

7. Follow established EWPI safety rules to include special emphasis on Lock-out/Tag-out procedures

8. Refer questionable matters to work leader or supervisor

9. Work in a safe manner

10. Maintain clean and orderly work area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
