Protect and serve a premier high-rise property in Downtown, Florida. We are hiring a Luxury Condominium Security Officer to oversee site access, protect property assets, and deliver exceptional service to residents and guests.

We are looking for candidates with a sharp professional image, strong attention to detail, and a high standard for customer care.

What You’ll Do

• Manage lobby access control, greet residents, verify visitors, and handle vendor check-ins.
• Perform regular foot patrols across amenities, corridors, and parking garages while monitoring CCTV and alarm panels.
• Resolve safety hazards, enforce building regulations, manage conflict, and assist with emergency evacuations when needed.
• Complete digital daily activity logs and submit clear incident reports using mobile applications.
• Inspect facilities during patrols to identify and report maintenance or lighting issues prompt.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Class "D" Security License and valid Florida Driver’s License (Required).
• Full fluency in English and Spanish (Required).
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
• Ability to operate desktop computers and smartphone apps for shift reporting and logging.
• Open availability for rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
