Description:

As a Luxury Eyewear Associate at Kennedy Vision Health Center, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional and personalized shopping experience for our discerning patients. In this role, you will guide patients in selecting the ideal luxury eyewear that aligns with their visual needs and personal style, consistently exceeding their expectations. Your enthusiasm for fashion, keen attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills will be key in fostering long-term relationships with our valued patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing exceptional patient service at all times.
  • Assist patients in selecting luxury eyewear frames, considering their individual style preferences, facial features, and prescription requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on lens options, coatings, and other optical accessories to enhance the patients visual experience.
  • Conduct thorough measurements and fittings to ensure proper alignment, comfort, and fit of eyewear.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and product knowledge of luxury eyewear brands, including frame materials, lens technologies, and fashion-forward designs.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring eyewear displays are attractive and well-organized.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and replenishing stock, as well as conducting regular stock counts.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably within the eyewear industry, is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury eyewear brands, trends, and lens technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with patients.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for fashion and style.
  • Familiarity with optical measurements and fittings.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work one weekend a quarter for inventory management needs.
