Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple residential sites, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
• Lead and motivate a team of custodial staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and professional workforce
• Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks based on priority and workload to optimize productivity
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to company protocols
• Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Implement safety procedures and ensure all team members follow health and safety regulations during cleaning activities
• Document operational activities, incident reports, and supply usage to support accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven custodial experience with a strong understanding of residential cleaning practices
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and train a team effectively
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, clients, and management
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties
• Nice-to-have: Certifications in residential cleaning or related safety training; prior supervisory experience in cleaning services
