Our 85,000 sq. ft. showroom in Toronto is more than just a store; it’s a design destination.

We’re looking for a confident, design-savvy Sales Associate to join our team. Someone who thrives on delivering a premium shopping experience and enjoys working one-on-one with clients to bring their vision to life, both in-store and through interior design consultations.

Role Overview

• Greet and assist clients as they explore the showroom, creating a personalized and memorable shopping experience
• Actively listen to customer needs, provide expert product knowledge, and recommend ideal furniture solutions for their space
• Guide clients through materials, finishes, customization options, and delivery timelines
• Provide interior design services for clients, including space planning, furniture selection, and personalized mood boards or product pairings
• Coordinate and manage private design appointments from initial consultation to final execution
• Follow up with clients via phone or email to nurture relationships and close sales
• Support in maintaining a visually stunning showroom that reflects our brand standards
• Achieve personal and team sales goals through excellent service and attention to detail
• Process transactions, track orders, and assist with post-sale logistics as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in a retail or showroom setting (furniture or luxury retail preferred)
• A passion for modern design and home interiors
• Experience or education in interior decorating or design is a strong asset
• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, professional presence
• Comfortable managing both showroom sales and private client consultations
• Motivated by results, you enjoy meeting and exceeding targets
• Available on weekends and during retail peak hours
• Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
• Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus
