Position
- Be responsible for the product data review for notification of general cosmetics & follow up of functional cosmetics and non-cosmetic products
- Be responsible for compliance Korean label, Claims, Pre-import report and package
- Assist quality issue follow-up
- Monitor new/updates of regulations related to products
Job responsibilities
1. Perform the data review of corresponding products for notification in compliance with the Cosmetics Law in cooperation with HQ ORA team.
-Review Formulae, Certificate of Free Sale & BSE-Free Certificate for General Cosmetics
-Follow up Functional Cosmetics registration
2. Review Korean Label & Advertisement in compliance with the Cosmetics Law & other related regulations(K-REACH, Electric & Consumer products on Safety Control Act, etc.) and package compliance
3. Perform registration other than Cosmetics(including Chemicals, Consumer products, etc.) in accordance with related regulations and control reformulation
4. Assist Quality matters follow-up
- Review certificate of analysis(CoA) for concerned batches
- Review quality defect cases and document for investigation
- Communication with relevant parties based on the investigation result
- Confirm the returned stock compared to data
5. Monitoring new/revise regulations and document monitoring form under supervision of ORA manager
6. Assist Operational RA Manager & RA&QA Director on the assigned tasks
Profile
- Cosmetic RA/or related field knowledge: more than 3 year of experience (cosmetic field is preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree of science (Pharmacy, Chemistry preferred)
- Knowledge of regulatory environment, relative law and regulations on Medical Devices.
- Good at writing and translation skill in English
- Expert in MS Office(MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Proactive communication attitude
- Systematic & analytical capability is preferred.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements
