Description:
Overview of role:
We’re seeking an experienced M365 Technical Specialist to design, deliver and support Microsoft 365 solutions—primarily SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, with exposure to the Power Platform.

You’ll play a key role in improving collaboration, information management, and business processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver SharePoint and Teams solutions
Build workflows and automation using Power Platform
Lead file share migration into SharePoint
Maintain information architecture, governance and compliance
Provide user support, training and documentation
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions

About you:
3+ years’ experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
Strong understanding of information governance and records management
Experience with content migration (e.g. ShareGate)
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desirable: Microsoft certifications, Graph API/Azure experience, Agile exposure

Salary:
The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 4 $93,548 - $112,895 plus superannuation salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
