Description:
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join the team or someone who has previous experience with fabrics who has worked in warehouses before as a general hand and willing to use their transferable skills and learn further skills on the job.

Key responsibilities:
Cutting: Cut fabrics using an automated cutting machine.
Gluing: Glue precut foams to seat bases and backs.
Production Plan: Follow the pre-determined production plan to ensure products are completed within the required time frame.
Loading large rolls of fabric onto the machine for cutting
Fit & able for manual labour
You need to be good with measurements and have a strong attention to detail
You need to enjoy working independently with constant repetition
Health & Safety: Adhere to safe work practices, instructions, and rules.
Flexible to complete adhoc tasks such as assemble furniture and general cleaning around work stations.

Skills and Experiences:
About You:
Prior experience in fabrics, upholstery or assembly work is preferred.
Ability to follow production plans and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Commitment to health and safety practices.
Team player with good communication skills.
