Machine Operator Powder Plant - Afternoon Shift

We are looking for Machine Operators to join our Dairy Powder Plant on Afternoon Shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm)

Main responsibilities are to ensure production outputs meet planned requirements, understanding and following all SOP’s and quality requirements and guarantee that products are manufactured and packed following the correct process and documentation. This role may include dispensing, blending and/or machine operation. Also critical to the success of your performance is ensuring that the correct documentation is completed.

Ideally candidates will be physically fit, as the role can be physically intensive, have experience in a pharmaceutical or related industry and will also possess knowledge of GMP requirements. The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team is essential. You need to be flexible and adaptable to the ever changing requirements and deadlines whilst be driven by a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to problem solve
  • Flexibility and adaptability for ever-changing requirements and deadlines
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • An understanding of Health and Safety in the work place
