Machine Shop Supervisor (Cnc Experience Required)

We’re looking for a hands-on Machine Shop Supervisor who knows CNC machining and leads by example. This role oversees daily shop operations, keeps jobs moving on time, and supports machinists on the floor. You’ll set priorities, solve problems in real time, and make sure quality, safety, and efficiency stay top-notch.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and support CNC machinists and operators
• Schedule work, track progress, and adjust as needed
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues
• Ensure quality standards, safety, and clean workflows
• Coordinate with engineering and management

What we’re looking for:

• Strong CNC machining knowledge (setup, tooling, processes)
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a machine shop
• Problem-solver with a calm, practical approach
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable on the shop floor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
